Jeff brings extensive expertise in healthcare technology to his role with the Consumer Direct Care Network. He joined the company in 2012 to lead our information technology initiatives, and now provides leadership for the Care Network’s implementation of the Consumer Directed Employer project for the Department of Social and Health Services in Washington state. Jeff’s 30 years of IT consulting, service delivery, and management experience includes work as a senior manager at Microsoft’s consulting services organization. In that role, Jeff led major technology initiatives for Microsoft’s enterprise customers across the U.S. Jeff’s experience also includes six years with KPMG Peat Marwick where he was a manager in the Government Services Practice that focused on planning, development, and implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) for state Medicaid agencies. Jeff received his master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana. His professional certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Certified Professional (MCP).
