Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) is committed to advancing the philosophy and utilization of self-direction. Self-directed services help individuals with disabilities and older adults maintain independence in their homes and empower people to manage services and supports so they have more choice over who provides their caregiving services, and control over what those services entail.
For the past three decades, Consumer Direct Care Network has assisted people who self-direct their in-home personal care. We serve more than 91,000 participants and 123,000 direct care workers through Medicaid programs across the United States.
